See how the sausage is made.

Sausage making has a bad rap and we get it. Mass producers like to put all kinds of stuff in there that they’d rather not advertise. But when you use simple ingredients and time-honored methods, there’s nothing to hide. Below are our products and everything that goes into them.

Italian
Mild Sausage

Being Italian, it goes against our instincts to make anything “mild”, but we know it’s not all about us.

A spicy twist on the original, this sausage is great baked with Cannellini beans, rosemary, and tomato sauce.

From the Calabria region, this is the most popular sausage of southern Italy and the one I grew up on.

Calabrian
Hot Sausage

This spicy number is my go-to (must be the Calabrese in me.) Excellent with peppers and potatoes.
